Before there was a lift in a repair bay or a sign on Apache Boulevard, there was a young boy named Eric Ali taking apart old lawn mowers in his family’s garage.

Most kids were riding bicycles. Eric was studying engines.

He wasn’t trying to break things. He wanted to understand them.

After carefully taking each machine apart, he’d put it back together again—sometimes transforming an old lawn mower into a working mini bike. Every project taught him something new about mechanics, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of making something run better than before.

That childhood curiosity eventually became something much bigger.

It became a calling.

In 1993, at just 22 years old, Eric made a decision that would shape the next three decades of his life.

Armed with a strong work ethic, years of hands-on experience, and a dream of doing things differently, he opened a small automotive repair shop in Tempe, Arizona.

He wasn’t chasing the idea of building the biggest repair shop in the Valley.

He wanted to build one of the most trusted.

Eric believed drivers deserved an honest alternative to repair shops that focused more on selling than serving.

His vision was simple:
